    Horrible builder, the Craftsmanship was substandard. Instead of being able to enjoy my home as I dreamed, It has been very stressful and time consuming.
    I paid around $20,000 extra for upgrades in a one Bedroom home and this is what I got….There was so many things wrong with the house no one wants to take responsibility for the problems. Enclose is a list of some of the problems:
    Failure to put a thermostat
    Burner Box full of insulation
    Bottom of furnace cover will not even fit properly.
    Huge gap at the top of the furnace cover,
    Several outlets put on crooked and one that don’t even attach to anything.
    Gaps in the crown molding
    Doors, not fitting properly
    Requested sealer be put around Vents on roof, was told they did. It has not been done.
    Improper seals Outdoor light fixtures
    Sheet rock not smooth in places.
    The bathroom look like they use the area to clean up their paint mess. There is scratches in the bathroom sink and paint in the sink. The shower had paint in it everywhere. There is glue on the Floor in front of the sink I have try everything to get it up.
    Did not seal very well around the sinks
    Did not grout around the tile around the sinks.
    Kitchen water fixture paint all over it
    They cut huge holes around lines coming in the house for gas and waterlines Which could cause infestation of vermin.
    They did not seal around outdoor electrical and water Fixtures.
    I’ll give them a one out of five because they did come and fix some of the problems. I was on the phone and they stuck a piece of paper under my nose to sign saying All of the stuff on my list have been repaired. To be honest with you I’m still working on things trying to get it fixed. I don’t even want to call them anymore.
