    This company seems to work under questionable standards. There were charges not explained to me when I made the purchase. According to my contract I bought the building for a set price, when I set up my account on line I owed appx 600.00 dollars more than the contact., they explained that was the sales tax. and then a month later another problem, I-was told then there is a monthly rental fee even though it was a rent to own, which was never explained. I feel this was a tru deception, something should be done about this. I hope this doesn't happen to any one else. Please try to get all information up front don't get blind sided from un ethical practices.

    As we have researched this transaction, the documentation provided is a direct contradiction of our customer's claim. It is clearly written
    into the contract that the customer signed that he entered into a 48-month rental agreement with a first month payment of $135.09 plus $13.17 in
    monthly taxes, and that the customer also put $1851.73 into a Customer Reserve Account in order to lower his monthly payment. The contract
    is clear in the total cost to acquire ownership over the 48 month term. Should the customer choose to exercise his Early Purchase Option outlined in the
    agreement, he is eligible to do so in section 8 of the agreement. This clearly states that he would be responsible to pay the taxes during exercise of the
    option. Please see the attached agreement for validation, signed via DocuSign on 02/10/23.
