    Contract for Professional Land Surveying Dated 10/2019.
    Line Charges enumerated in the contract by Bailey Surveying for Title and Deed Search performance.
    Survey completed in approximately January 2020. Invoice total for Surveying approximately 0.1 acre was approximately $5700.00
    January 2023, discovery that property boundaries were incorrectly, erroneously pinned by Mr. Bailey.
    Numerous contacts for remediation, removal of incorrect pins.
    Received Invoice for "resetting pins" for $1113.00.
    Multiple attempts to contact Mr. Bailey with no resolution as of today.

    No longer can trust this company's work as reliable and valid, simply refund the original payment since processes were claimed to be performed but were NOT performed as stated in the contract.

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attempted contacting Mr. Bailey by visiting his office and by telephone before initiating this complaint with BBB, for which I am most certainly not getting a response now.He could call me back and work through this dispute as I have offered ample opportunity.
