      The company sent a refund check dated April 23, 2025. Please close this complaint.he following:"Yes, we can get the refund taken care of for you." (1 April)"I have processed the refund and will be cutting checks tomorrow. Your refund check will be in that run and will get mailed then." (9 April)"Yes, the check has been mailed.       We were unable to do the work for Mr. ********** due to inclement weather in January. Knowing that he wanted the work completed prior to moving items into the garage, we offered a refund at the time, as we had looked at the upcoming whether  forecasts and knew that the weather was not going to be warm enough for an extended period of time, which would significantly delay when we could perform the service.

      When Mr. ********** requested a refund, on April 1, we agreed that it was no problem. We let him know that the refund was processed and when we did our regular check run, we would run the check and send it to him. Mr. ********** contacted us again letting us know that he had not received the check. He was requested to wait a few more days and if they check was not received we would cut him another check, which we did and it was sent via priority mail to him.

      Mr. ********** has received the second check and deposited it. It was check number 586 in the amount of $705, which is the total amount of the deposit in which he paid to us when he signed his contract with. I have attached a snap of the deposit from our bank record as documentation that he has received and deposited the check. 

      We believe this matter to be closed as, we have provided the requested refund and Mr. ********** has deposited the check.

      I wanted to add, because Mr. ********** is saying that he should have received $729.68, that is inaccurate. We removed the $24.68 of credit card procession fees for Mr. *********** because he paid by check #****, and therefore, we do not charge the 3.5% credit card fees. Mr. ********** was due and received the $705 deposit that he paid as a refund.
