    I ordered a wig September 21 it said delivered September 27. It was delivered to a locker that I don't have access to because it's not mine. I immediately filed a claim they then asked for a picture of my door to compare it to the proof of delivery. Then they everything was contact *** I asked them to just cancel. They refused saying it was delivered to my address. When in fact it wasn't because my address contains an APARTMENT number not a locker. I even advised them of my mobility issues which is why I don't have an account with the lockers. About 3 weeks later they came to with the lie that they were tracking the package, I adored where it was because that was new to me and they could have it routed back to me. Then they stopped responding. It's over a month later, still no package and I'm out of my money.

    I am providing photos and a letter from the salon. Unfortunately, I find myself in a situation where I have been defrauded by this company, and I am seeking your assistance. The pertains to an order with KissLoveHair for what was advertised as a human hair wig. However, upon receiving the product, it became evident that the wig was synthetic, not human hair. Additionally, the wig supplies that were supposed to accompany the order were missing entirely. As a consumer undergoing medical treatment that results in hair loss, finding a reliable and trustworthy source for wigs is of paramount importance to me. The misrepresentation and subsequent disappointment caused by KissLoveHair's deceitful practices have only added unnecessary stress and financial strain during an already challenging time.Compounding this issue is the exorbitant cost of return shipping, over $100. Given the circumstances of being misled and defrauded, I believe it is unjust for me to bear this expense. I am returning the items solely due to the company's failure to uphold their end of the transaction.It is also pertinent to note that KissLoveHair has a troubling history of unethical business practices, as evidenced by their poor rating on Amazon and numerous complaints from other customers who have fallen victim to their scams. Furthermore, their refusal to provide refunds, as highlighted on social media platforms like TikTok, only underscores their disregard for consumer rights and satisfaction.I kindly request that BBB intervene in this matter and ensure that justice is served. Specifically, I am seeking reimbursement for the return shipping costs incurred as a direct result of KissLoveHair's deceptive business practices.

    This hair company has been very deceptive with their return policy. I purchased a wig from them and I was not sent exactly what I ordered. I had to pay for shipping to exchange it and when I finally received the second wig I was sent another product that was not what I asked for (wrong color). After two failed attempts at getting a wig I wanted, I requested a refund. I again had to pay for shipping, even though their return policy states I wouldnt have to if I was sent the incorrect product. I was told I would receive a refund once their factory received the shipment with my return. After I verified the package made it to their warehouse I was given the run around about getting my refund. After demanding a definite answer about when I could receive my money they never responded. *** spent hundreds of dollars and I need my money back.
