      We paid Carr Concrete June 13th 2023 for leveling,recoating, and sealing the concrete around our pool. The owner Josh Carr estimated it to be one week job. Since then he promises to show up weekly and doesn't. He has partially put down the micro topping. During his construction he has stained our white pool fencing, our white powder coated coping around our pool, and our pool liner. He also put debris from the concrete into our pool and it broke our pool pump. He has done in excess of 20 thousand dollars worth of damage, and still won't show up to finish. He states he can clean whats been damaged other than the pool pump. We are willing to take the financial loss of the pool pump if he just finishes and cleans what he's stained. We just purchased our home in 2021 and remodeled it, so all that's been ruined was put in within the last 3 years. Mr Carr states that he has 2 more days of work left at our home, yet we cannot get him to actually show up to work. He messages us every few weeks and promises that week to be finished. Please help us!
