    We purchased a modular home from protech builders that was completed in March 2020. The house came with a 2 year warranty. There were several build issues with the home upon arrival, damaged flooring, one cabinet door, and tge masonry around the fireplace. Also upon damage tge house was crashed resulting in some exterior damage. On top of that there has been some issues with settling that has left my floors uneven and the flooring damaged. We have been trying to contact Protech to remedy these issues. However, they will not return a phone call. We will be pursuing legal action at this point. I am filing this so thst others can see this experience when evaluating Protech as a potential builder. They DO NOT offer quality construction or service.
