    I was charged $3800 by contract for one on one coaching service. I am completely oblivious to the field of e-commerce and an agent talked me into getting assistance that Im not receiving but only messaging and for that I demanded a refund however there are difficulties to obtaining this refund that is beyond my understanding of doing this alone without help. I invested $5800 total in this scam but am only asking for the coaching service to be refunded for fraudulent claims in one on one coaching.

    I appreciate your response. I attempted to reach your team without success. We are requesting a thorough review of this contract and, if possible, immediate cancellation.We have raised several grievances with you as we believe that the agreed-upon terms have not been met. Please refer to the list below for a summary of the issues that have fallen short of our expectations:Agreement 1:8 Live Session MasterClass walking you through the 8 Steps of building a successful eCommerce Business (Value $8000) We did not receive the promised master class sessions to guide us through the setup process. It is important to note that our company was already in existence and operational, and we were seeking assistance in increasing traffic, sales, and expanding our product range.Agreement 2 (MET): Supplier approval onboarding with Emails + Follow Up to help with getting a minimum of 5 approvals ($2000 Value) We exclusively sold electric fireplaces, and while you (HTES) initially convinced us to add other products like fire pits and stoves, which took us away from our niche, we have no complaints regarding this particular agreement as it has been fulfilled.Agreement 3: Our team will implement and upload all major on-page SEO for up to your first 300 products to sell (Value $4000)The 300 product uploads were performed without any SEO optimizations. When we raised concerns about this, they were dismissed as non-essential.Agreement 4: Our team will implement and upload all major on-page SEO for up to your first 300 products to sell (Value $4000)Agreement 5:Set up fraud prevention to maximize your profits (Value $1,000) No setup was carried out by your team. We conducted our own research, vetting, and selection of a reliable fraud prevention company.We expect you to address these concerns promptly and take necessary actions to resolve them. We demand the cancellation of this contract based on the significant deviations from the agreed-upon terms.
