    At the end of December 2023 I mailed a check in for $25.00 to receive 10 streakfree xl shine cloths. My check cleared on 1/3/24 and I still have not received my order. When I call the 888 #, I receive a recording telling me that it is temporarily out of service. I do have another number for this company and I have spoken to the owner (I believe this is who I spoke with, he never gave me his name). This man has done nothing but lie to me about my order. He keeps on saying that it shipped, but I have never received it. He will no longer respond to me. I have asked for my money to be returned and he ignores my texts and phone calls. All I wanted was my order and I don't understand what this man's issue is. He took my money without a problem and now he won't deliver my product. This has been a horrible experience. He is definitely a shady character and shouldn't be in business. I would like my order or my money refunded. I have tried so many times to get in contact with this man and I don't know what else to do.

    Hello,I made a complaint against Streakfree shine XL on 2/6/24.  I wanted to let you know that this matter has been resolved.  The owner reached out to me and got me my order and he even doubled it at no extra charge.  I know that he did this because of my complaint, but I am happy that he took care of the issue like a professional.Please close this matter and thank you for being an advocate for the consumers!***** *****

    Did not receive the streak free towels I paid for. The order was for 10 towels.

    In March 2023, I attended the **** ** **** * ****** **** ** **********, **. I purchased a “Special” 5+5 streak free cloths plus a chamois for a car for $20.00 from a man representing Streak Free cloths. I ordered another 5+5 cloths per the order form (see attachments) with my Check No. **** on July 1, 2023. My check was received at my credit union on July 7, 2023. I have tried calling the company in *** ****, ** ###-###-#### Ext. * - **** *******?, Ext. * - *** ******? and Ext. * with a recording that no one was available to take my call at this time and the line was disconnected. To this date I have not received the cleaning cloths although Streak Free has received payment. There has been no contact from this company. I would like the cloths or be reimbursed the $25.00.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.In regards to the above Complaint #********, I finally received the 10 Streak Free cloths yesterday! Thank you so much for your help and quick response.
