    My debit card was cancelled and I was told that they would issue me another one in 6 mo but they have refused to do so. I have been with this bank since 2003

    Debit card issuance and use is subject to approval by the Credit Union and the terms stated within our Membership and Account Agreement and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Agreement. Additionally, the Credit Union reserves the right to revoke access to one or more EFT services, including debit cards, at any time for a variety of legitimate business considerations. This member has been informed by our Electronic Services Department that it was determined that debit card access could not be approved for their account for reasons we cannot disclose as we consider this to be a private matter between the member and the Credit Union. Rest assured, the Credit Union did not make this decision haphazardly and thoughtful consideration was given to the member’s request.

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    This response for not resolve the problem of issuing me a debit card. I've been with this Credit Union since 2003 and last year was the only year that I've had a problem with the debit card. I think more consideration needs to be given about this situation. Regards,
