      Our family left town the Saturday before Christmas headed to **; when our pet sitter came into our house on Sunday morning, she frantically called us stating our 1/2 bath sink was spewing water. I immediately had her turn off the water line coming into the bathroom. Water had been pouring out of the sink for upwards of fifteen hours. I immediately contacted ServPro at 845am. Dakota was on call for the weekend. Her and her team were at our house by 1100am. We immediately headed back home, not knowing how much damage we had incurrred. Dakota and her team were here all day and into the evening beginning the remediation process. Over the next two weeks, ServPro was here almost daily attempting to dry out the main level and finished basement. Ultimately, we lost our basement flooring, ceiling and insulation. The demolition crew at ServPro was quite efficient and never left a mess at the end of the day. I know I will probably leave some people out; I apologize in advance. Dakota is simply amazing; she is so thorough in her explanation of the remediation process. Chad, too, was incredible - he was always positive, very personable and extremely professional. Quinn was here in the beginning, and again towards the end making sure everything was proceeding as promised. Kudos to Josh, Zach and Daniel as well. Again, everyone that worked on the remediation process was super professional and knowledgable. Five stars simply doesnt seem like enough. I would highly recommend ServPro if you ever have such a need.

      I am overwhelmed with the attention to detail that Dakota ***** and Stephen ******** gave not only to our house but also to us. Their strategic plan for cleaning up after our water pipe burst was amazing, well executed, and successful. In addition Dakota kept us in the loop with every thing that was currently happening as well as what to expect next. We felt supported throughout the mitigation process. If we were to have another emergency, I would call them again in a heartbeat! I will gladly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

      The house I owned had been hoarded for about 1 and 1/2 years. Such a mess that I just wanted give up. This is the second time I have called in Servpro. The team did a fantastic job of garbage and moldy and mildewed and damaged furniture.
      Cindy, Kari, Justin, and Tyrone did everything I asked and more. They moved furniture to its proper place after the main floor and the basement were cleared. The refrigerator was spotless. They boxed up personal items and but my Christmas Village in new undamaged boxes. I have asked this team under team leader Cindy to come back for further work including cleaning the walls and removing mold on a wall. Along with their professional deportment they were encouraging about the process to the end and kind. I thank Mr. ********* for putting together an excellent team.

      Dakota was the lead person for our job. I could not have asked for better service! My washing machine overflowed and did so much damage! They responded within four hours and were so knowledgeable about starting the process of drying out. I highly recommend them!!

      Dakota and her team of Shelby, Maria, Michelle, Marquel, and German were excellent. Dakota’s leadership was exemplary ! She communicated frequently and kept me informed what her team was doing, and what was next to be done, and when it would be done. I think she is ready for a promotion !

      Thank you is not strong enough for Kevin and his team of four: Cindy, Kari, Justin, and Tyrone! We had a standup freezer break a seal and the contents spoiled and spilled in our basement floor. Everyone was courteous, respectful and had many kind words of encouragement during and after they cleaned up the issue.
      Our family would like to thank everyone involved and we would work with all of them in the future if needed! Thank you so much!

      We recently had a water leak in our home that spread through several places that required ServPro's mitigation services. They arrived within a few hours of us calling and Robert began the process immediately of getting the wet insulation out of our house and getting equipment set up to dry things out. After a couple of days with him, Dakota and Alaina took over and checked our house on a daily basis. We could not be more pleased with the services of this company, and these three employees particularly. They were caring, compassionate, friendly, and most importantly, competent and professional. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the services we received or the employees whom we encountered. We highly recommend this team and if we could give 10 Stars we would. Though our circumstances were unfortunate, they made the process of what we were having to go through so much easier and less stressful. If you're ever in this situation, I highly recommend that this is the first call you make. Thank you Servpro and thank you particularly to Robert, Dakota, and Alaina!!!

      If I could give no stars I would. My kitchen had water damage from a refrigerator we had. ServPro came in mitigated. My kitchen is still sitting how they left it in March and they’re coming after me for money. The money is tied up with my home loan people because my kitchen will not be done until September. However, Servpro is serving me to go to court to get their money. I don’t understand how they can do that to people. They act like people have thousands of dollars laying around to just fork over when it’s my insurance that’s to be paying them.

      We regret the customer is having issues with the mortgage company and insurance. We were hired to mitigate the water damage (dry and remove any damaged materials to stop further property damage) and we completed our services on February 24th 2022.
      We were not hired by the customer to complete the rebuild so we are unclear why reconstruction has not yet started. The Reconstruction is a separate issue from the mitigation and has nothing to do with SERVPRO of Roanoke, since we were only hired for the water mitigation.
      We sent our estimate and billing to the insurance carrier and the customer on March 2nd, 2022, since we had completed our services. We also called the customer this date and left a message about bill. On April 5th, 2022 we spoke with the insurance carrier who advised our payment had been sent to the customer. We contacted Ms. McCulloch and she advised she had received the check and the mortgage company was on the check and she had to send for signature. We advised her we were very familiar with this process and to let us know if she needed any help or information from us. On May 19th, 2022, with no communication from the customer, we emailed a past due invoice for payment. The email was opened twice that date but the customer gave no response. On June 2nd, we attempted to call the customer and her voice mail was full. June 9th, prior to sending certified letter our office manager called and left the customer a voice mail message that we needed her to contact us. No response from customer. We mailed a certified letter advising payment needed to be made by June 20th or we would have no choice but to send for collection. We received no response from the customer so the account was sent for collections.
      We had no communication with this customer since April 5th, 2022, until the Subpoena for Court was served. It was after that she contacted us on July 18th to pay our bill. We had no knowledge until we spoke with her on July 18th that the mortgage company was holding the customer’s funds that were sent to them in March, nor the reason for this action on the mortgage company’s part. If this had been communicated to us, we may have been able to provide additional information that would have been of help, depending upon why they are holding her funds. All collection actions could have been avoided if the customer would have responded and communicated with us.
      We understand that experiencing a loss is challenging on any level. We are here to support our customers in completing their projects as quickly as possible.
      We hope the customer is able to get their project completed soon.
