    Tile work was done in March 2023 at a patio home that I am building for my wife and I at **** ********* ***** ** ****** ** *****. ****** name and number were given to me by **** ******** with ********* **** ***. I wrote him a check for $3500.00 for installing the floor tile on 3/17/2023, which he cashed the same day, and it cleared my bank on 3/20/2023. There are 14 to 16 tiles that loose and the grout is also breaking, and we haven't even moved in the house yet. **** has not responded to any phone calls or texts from me, or from ****, to him.
