    On Aug. 18, 2022 My wife and I contracted with Reynolds Home Improvement to replace, extend, and enclose a Deck. After a few delays the work started, Several delays after that, not ALL of which was their fault. Weather and inspectors that never get in a hurry caused big delays, The 1st agreed upon payment was made in September, the second agreed upon payment was made in October 2022. And the last payment was made in October as well. The deck looked AWESOME, we were very pleased with the outcome and looked past the delays. Approximately 3 days after completion part of the Ceiling started to sag and come loose from the wall. I pushed the it back into place and thought it was fixed. Only to have it happen 2 days later, I tried to fix it again and decided that it would take a little more knowledge than I had. In Nov 2022, I texted Ricky and asked him to send someone out to look at the ceiling, He said that he would. No one ever showed up! SEVERAL more instances of texts and face to face communications where I was told " I GOT YOU" and I'll take care of it.Was even given several dates and times and no one ever showed up. The latest being 1 week ago. Ricky was told that for someone that knows what they are doing, it shouldn't take more than 15 min. Obviously, I dont know how to fix it. We are still Very Happy with the looks of the deck. When they were here, they worked Good, Fast and respectful Their service after the sale leaves A LOT to be desired. Not once did they have to wait on their money. I did not want to file a complaint, But what other choice did I have.

     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. This complaint has been resolved satisfactorily. Thank You for your help in this Matter. This would never have been resolved without the help of the BBB.
