    Poor customer service. Book services but don't tell you they will not schedule on times best for customer but rather best for them. Unresponsive to emails and phone calls. No wonder they aren't BBB Certified.

    We apologize for any miscommunication and hate that you had a bad experience. Services are readily available whenever a customer needs them, and we strive to be a very flexible and accommodating company. However, the fall aeration can't be done on demand and must be scheduled at the same time as other properties in your area. Customer wanted the fall aeration done during the first week of October, but we were not going to be in his area working again until the Tuesday of the second week of October. We answered all phone calls and timely responded. But, all crews were scheduled with other customers in Montgomery County during the week the customer in Penhook wanted to be done. Unfortunately, to accommodate all customers, fall aerations must be scheduled by our office so that we can coordinate with your neighbors.
