  Kelly Francisco is a fantastic stone mason. Over the years he has done excellent mortar repair work for us on a 100+ year old stone (and stucco) house and stone outbuildings. He also once repaired a very old stone perimeter/retaining wall that a handyman had left looking like a mess. Kelly is a super nice guy, and his fees were extremely fair and reasonable.

  Kelly did a great job on my retaining walls and steps. He went above and beyond when he delivered two truck loads of dirt just to help me out. Kelly is a great guy to do business with. He takes his time to make sure everything is to the customer's liking. I had him come back recently, and install a boulder in my yard. It is beautiful.

  MR. FRANCISCO DID MY FRONT PORCH FOR ME AND THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. MR. FRANCISCO IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AS WELL AS REASONABLY PRICED. HIS WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A FRIEND THAT HE HAD DONE WORK FOR AND HER AND HER HUSBAND WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS DONE. MR. FRANCISCO AND HIS WORKERS WERE DEPENDABLE AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN NO TIME. THEY STARTED WORK THAT MORNING AND WAS FINISHING UP WHEN I ARRIVED HOME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. FRANCISCO FOR ANY STONE WORK YOU NEED.

  I've known Kelly for 15 years and he has completed several jobs for me. Whether it was building a rock wall, rock steps, or delivering boulders for stream restoration projects, he has always been very reliable and honest. His workmanship is second to none and I would recommend him to anyone who needs rock work done. Don't just take my word for it you need to see the work he has done for yourself.   Told me he would pick up rock from property. Never showed on the first appointment. 2nd appointment was made and never showed again, 3rd appointment was scheduled by him and then ignored me and never showed again. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL he will 100% waste your time.

  I would like to respond to the letter you sent on July 14th about a complaint from Mr. ******.
  My sub contractor employees completed a job for Mr. and Mrs. ****** earlier this month. The
  job consisted of tearing out three cinderblock steps and replacing them with a set of stone
  steps. Upon the completion of the job my son asked Mr. ****** if he liked the work. Mrs. ****** said she loved the work. Her husband stated something to the effect that “It looks like sh**.”
  The couple then got into an argument about the work and how Mr. ****** spoke to my son. I
  was not present during the exchange, but I offered to tear out the work and either redo it or give
  them their $750 back. Mrs. ****** said “No, she loved the work.” Later, I received a text
  message from Mrs. ****** that my subs threw the debris from the torn out steps and leftover
  rock in some weeds. I told my subs to go clean it up. After another text from Mrs. ****** stating
  it still was not cleaned up. I told them to go clean it up again. They told me that they were
  cleaning it up after breakfast. I found out later that they never went. When they had not cleaned
  it up by the weekend, I finally went and cleaned it up myself on Sunday, July 13th. I made no
  money on this job, every cent went to materials and the subs. I have since let my three subs go.
  I cannot do business with people that do not care. I am really at a loss since I have already
  expressed my willingness to return her money, and I have cleaned up the rock and debris. I
  would also like to state that I never made appointments for the debris to be cleaned up. The
  ******* were not made to wait on someone to show up at a certain time. In fact, I had to wait
  30 minutes for the ******* to show up for the consultation appointment before beginning their
  job. What more can I do to make them happy? I guess some people are never happy no matter
  the lengths you go to to satisfy them.
  If I can do anything more to remedy the situation, I am willing to do so as I expressed to the
  *******. I am willing to give their money back, remove the steps, and clean up the debris
  myself. I am sorry that they were not happy.
