    I’m very dissatisfied with the recent purchase of a camping trailer from this establishment. I purchased an extended warranty and after reading the contract I decided to cancel this as I filled proper protocol and did all the paperwork work and emailed it to the proper party. It’s was approved and the return email stated it was accepted and a refund would be sent to the dealer. I have contacted the dealer and was told it probably was in the month for billing until they reconciled their monthly statement. It now has been 2 months and I can’t get anywhere with getting any assistance to get my refund. I also was charged $1495 for a camper prep fee that I don’t even know what I was suppose to get for that amount. When I picked up our camper, the outside was dirty and had not been washed. When I got home (2 hours away) I washed it myself and also found all 4 tires low on air and none had the same tire pressure. I did have a lady that showed us the camper but wasn’t any different than a salesman showing it to a customer. I truly think I should be refunded the $1495 for prep fee. There also were doc fees besides this prep fees which I know all companies charge but as for the prep fee, I saw nothing done.
