    Jody * Let me just say that the whole experience with Mt. Regis was awesome. From the first day there 10/11/23 till the graduation of IOP 1/11/24 all the staff from the top to the bottom were great. Chentelle ***** my primary counselor for my inpatient stay was awesome. I gathered a lot of information on my alcohol addiction and how to control it. All the other counselors, nurses, recovery coaches, food workers, and drivers were great and very helpful. Our community there was so close nit and awesome to be with. After my graduation from inpatient, I continued with Mt. Regis in Blacksburg VA. for my IOP. Sandy ********** was awesome too and my next counselor. We had a small group there, but it was a great group and still gained more information on my addiction and how not to relapse. Overall, this experience was needed for my recovery journey. At this time, I am 102day sober thanks for all the staff at Mt. Regis.

    Mt Regis violated my trust in unprecedented ways, specifically their director Bridgette ****. I was lied to by their admissions coordinator, Oliver, about a very important matter which is the root of the issue. There was general unease and commotion amongst the population during my stay. It’s no place to get your head right, rather you’ll be worse-off for coming here.
