    I was sick and I planned to sell my house fast. Because the crawl space was in bad shape, I chose to sell it “as it is”. I am so happy to work with Tom Lightfoot from Victory Lane Home Buyers LLC. He was professional, knowledgeable, he took the time to explain every detail and was always available to answer my questions and helped me every step of the way.
    I recommend him without reservation to anyone thinking of selling a house. It was a pleasure working with him!

    Tom with Victory Lane Home Buyers was great to work with and the company made everything incredibly easy. My house was collateral damage in my divorce and for nearly 10yrs neither of us would get it sold. Victory Lane HB came in, saw its value and in a day made us a great offer. The sale was quick and simple. Couldn't have been easier. They even sent a Notary with the documents to sign to each of our new residences. They were pretty awesome. I'm very relieved to be done with the house, finally.
