    This agency is a so called debt collector that claims I owe a debt. I have not received an official letter with a letter head stating the debt I owe, the balance, or who is handling the account with my balance. The man who works there is extremely rude and should not be speaking to anyone if he can not control his attitude and temper. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in my life. If there is a debt owed then send me a letter with the debt amount, how to pay it, and who I owe it to. The man I spoke to refused to give me an OFFICIAL document of the debt until I made a payment and then threatened to garnish my paycheck if I didnt make a payment. The individual then stated that he has been sending me receipts from my payments that I have NOT been getting. His remark to me was that I must have given him the wrong address when in fact I gave him the correct email and he is the one who input it wrong. I even text it to him so that he could have the correct spelling and he still has it WRONG. Then you have the audacity to be rude with me. I DO NOT want to deal with him any further. If I owe a debt, tell me the source to pay it to so that I do not have to speak to that man ever again in life.
