I had this company come to spray for pest control several times, once in November and once in March. The spray they used left stains on my front porch floor. I called many times, spoke to him and asked him to come by and look and tried to remove them with water and soap, as he suggested but that did not work. He has not come to look or called me back. I want him to pay for having the floor repainted.h

First we have been to this home twice, not several times, once on ********* and again on 3-9-2023.
We did the same treatment on both days and there were no issues in November. The customer was present
and we did exactly what she asked us to do. We did not use a chemical that would stain any paint or wood.
He did not treat the porch, she only let us get within a certain distance to the structure.
The materials we use are organic water and plant based and do not stain.
