    I am sorry to hear that this customer is unhappy with our product turnaround times. I have reached out to this customer via private message and insured him that his order will be completed and delivered. I do not provide completion dates due to the nature of the product. However, with that being said, I am more than happy to provide the customer with a refund of his ****** if he will simply contact me via email at *********************************** The customer never mentioned a refund during our talks.

    Based on that statement, I feel that the issue was resolved when he wrote it.......... I told him that I was going to complete and ship his item anyway after he made that statement..

    Honestly, I feel that this matter was closed at the time of the last communication but as stated above, If he will simply email me at ********************************** we will set up a refund.

    I believe I paid $450 for the cue to be made, not $250.

    The requested written amount of $250 was issued yesterday. Now the customer is changing his requested amount to 450 from the original 250. Without an extensive paper trail i will not be awarding more than was originally requested.
