      I contacted Moores auto in February 2022 to assist me in the final wiring and diagnostic of an LS Swap in my Blazer. They had to sort out the fuel system, wire the computer system, and running diagnostic. They quoted me 15 to 20 hours of work at $100/hr. He finally got my truck in the shop in March 2022. In early May, I asked him when he would complete the work and he promised by the end of the month. That time came and went. I even had made a $1,500 deposit in the hopes cash would motivate him, which he confided cash was preferred so he could hide it from his wife who manages the business. They finally started working on it around September. After starting, they would do a very minor amount of work, then the mechanics would be pulled off of my truck to work on another that came back post-completion because the wiring was improperly installed and started a fire. I was asked to buy more parts, because his employees either lost, stole, or didnt like items that I already had purchased, so I did to the tune of $1300. Getting a list of parts from them took over a month. At this point all work stopped and they just left all of the parts laying on the ground near the vehicle and did no more work. In January of 2023, after numerous requests for progress, I asked ***** how much longer my vehicle would take, and he said 6 months. I asked him to work up a final bill of sale which he charged me $80 for rusted bolts for headers when I supplied new stainless ones, charged me for an oil filter I purchased and installed on the vehicle prior to taking it to him, charged me for needless sensor changes when every sensor on it was new but according to *****, they were Chinese. He claimed the vehicle had ran, but it had no cooling system, and there wasnt any carbon in the collector. I took the vehicle to another mechanic who also confirmed there was no way the vehicle ran. They reworked his invoice, I had to pay him over $1000 additional to the $1500 I had already paid
