    I did send one package with this store that is called *** my package was send back in 10/24/2022 the package announced after 3 mount has been lost and i had an insurance for this package **** valued and after they opened the claim I've been waited another mount for clime to see when they are going to reimburse my lost instate when I went to store the manager named ***** kicked me out of store and she said I don't want you in store anymore. I started call *** climes and corporation office to see what's the status on the claim they said claim has been approved , then about 10 minuets later I received the email that my claim has been rejected I called the clime support they said store that I send my package with they disputed my claim , I don't know what else can I do but I need some help here

    ****** was sent this and never filled out He did not follow protocol and called the *** number ****** is not missing it is being held at customs, they can take as long as they want to return the phone. see attached

    Customer made the decision to purchase another ****** knowing that the one he shipped was being sent back to his address.

    this is the first ****** he shipped and said it was never received, he was issued the check attached and did not pick it up because he said it wasn't enough.

    Keep in mind he now puts a second claim in for another iPhone. We were first notified of this claim because customer did not follow protocol nor did he ever fill this out when he was asked several times.

    he still has not paid the fees that are do

    Phone was returned to ***** ******, delivery confirmed, customer called claims again and said he never received the phone back from UPS a search for package was done and confirmed.

    i received the respond on the complain and respond from *** store

    base on what i see the ***** on *** store telling the untruth statements and what she saying is totally different from what i have been informed from claim department is telling me, the claim department is saying this clime has been approved but then  rejected because we have been informed from ***** from the store number ****  that they did dispute the claim approval. please see attachment i did send every single thing that *** asked me to send I don't know why ***** saying the untruth statement and denying but thanks god i have all the documents and emails
