  I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
  
  Norman White basically said he would do nothing toward refunding any monies. He has not completed anything in almost 2 months. He has done some work, mainly debris and tree removal. He is the one that came back and said he couldn't do the wall as he quoted due to the condition of the original wall. Even  though the wall had not changed since the first quote. My husband wanted something different from the beginning, yet he talked him into his idea of adding onto an existing wall. Also the trees that he requested more money from, nothing changed from the original quote, the trees were the same as when he originally quoted, he saw the condition at his first quote. I never said he hired another contractor, only he hired someone else to do the work, meaning he personally did not do it himself. Again, he has not started a wall that was quoted on both contracts, and only brought one load of gravel out of a possible 20. Many dry days have passed since the contract inception that would have allowed him to work, yet he did not choose to come and do any *************************************************************d. Even though he hired someone else to clean debris and remove trees. While doing a little work himself he damaged existing stairs that are no longer useable.

  After carefully Reading this complaint, The accusations that were made in regards to asking for more money because of other trees is not true I removed five trees ground multiple stumps as well as the boot detaining wall that we originally had talked about just adding two the customers husband decided that he wanted to build a new retaining wall onto the other lot so that is where a new contract that came in place along with grading down a peninsula that was previously left by another contractor that had previously done work on their lot that left it unsatisfactory I have already removed the debris cleaned by the edge of their property and cut down. I did not hire another contractor to do you work for me? The gentleman that went out there was actually Working for me I have graded the lot that had no gravel Along with removing multiple outbuildings and debris that was on the lot existing and hauling away, I have made contact on multiple occasions with the customers husband. We have also had Inclement weather that has also inhibit us from doing any dirt work or retaining wall With work that I have already completed and taken care of I do not see fit to refund any amount of money
