    My wife and I had the same experience as James H. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Victor Serrano is the owner and he just took our money and never performed the work. We agreed to pay then entire amount due of $5,000 upfront to expedite the project. Alarm bells went off when the check was cashed within a few hours. We knew this because the person cashing the check called and wanted to know our personal information. My bank still does not have a copy of the cancelled check. We paid on May 18, 2022, and he committed to doing the job by the end of May. He didn't schedule the job in May, June or July so we cancelled the order and asked for a refund. He agreed. As of late October we have not received our refund. STAY AWAY from Victor and his company. We failed to do our due diligence and paid the price dearly.
