    Date of transaction: 11/13/24 Amount of transaction: $220.00 Service provide: Duct cleaning Nature of dispute: They cut a 4-6 diameter hole in my ductwork without authorization and covered with duct tape so I wouldn't see it. I have tried reaching out to their ******** company page to have them fix it, but they keep pushing me off and now have finally blocked me. I need to have my ductwork replaced because of this. They also didn't provide what they said they would with the service. I specifically asked for a before and after video to prove the work was done and they never provided a video.

    This company damaged the blower motor on my furnace and the circuit board. They admitted fault and then sent repair person to my home. When they found out the cost of the repairs. They said it must have already been broken. And are now claiming they did nothing wrong

    I was told a different name for the company before they arrived. The name I was told has excellent reviews. See the uploaded ******** messenger pictures. The receipt shows that the company is not the same name that I was told. They were extremely unprofessional. One of the workers had a horrific odor/smell. I had a well-known, reputable company inspect the work to see if our ducts were clean. I am told that they are not clean. I am attaching an estimate for the actual job to be done.

    This company was advertising duct cleaning on our local ************** ******** page so I messaged them for an estimate. They asked me how many HVAC UNITS we had and I told them 2 and they quoted us $399 to clean, vacuum, sanitize an unlimited amount of vents and intakes. In the ad he was a white man and this was his side job to make extra money for his family. We set a time and date and he said I would get a text the day before to confirm. I did but it was from a different number but that did not raise any red flags yet. When he showed up to the house, it was two middle eastern men. They came in with an air compressor and blew dust out of the vents EVERYWHERE. They did not seal the vents and use a powerful vacuum as stated. It took me all day to clean up after them. When they were done working and asking ***** questions like do you live here alone etc they demanded I pay them $1000.00 for the work they had completed. I paid them just to get them to leave. I felt like they were casing my house. I googled them from the receipt and they only exist on a page that you have to pay to see charges against them. The owners name came up as **************************************. This was not who we hired! I confronted them over messenger and on the cell number they had contacted me on and asked if they stole someones profile picture and scammed us. They blocked me on messenger and deleted the ******** page. We were taken! It was a total scam!!!
