    I used Royal Restoration for the water damage at my townhouse. They responded quickly and the workers were very knowledgeable and hardworking. They kept me informed and helped me restore my home with the reparations to get it back like it was before the damages. Excellent services I would recommend.

    I just want to thank *****, the owner of Royal Restoration and his amazing team lead by **** that came out to my house to repair the leak in my roof and skylights. They were extremely professional and responded quickly to my request. They gave me a great price for the services that they provided. More importantly they were very clean and covered all my floors and furniture before starting the repairs. I highly recommend them for my State Farm customers for any future mitigation and construction jobs.

    ***** was great when my ******************************************************* my house, completely soaked in water my floors and leaked to my basement. They were very fast and responding and helped me with my insurance. Highly recommend them.

    We were recommended through our insurance company TRAVELERS to consider Royal Restorations because they were "vetted and background checks were approved" but could use anybody if we found a different provider. They took a week to respond to our needs after multiple attempts to call and email. When they finally replied we were on the verge or finding somebody else. They guy who came by to review and invoice us, Ruslan B*****, reeked of stale cigarettes then proceeded to give us a start date of when the service can be done. All we needed was the ceiling to be prepped and patched due to water damage. This should have been a 2 day job for the joint compound to dry but they insisted it could be done in 8 hours.
    After the initial patching and paint I inspected it and noticed some imperfections. They started over and using heat guns tried to fix the imperfections before repainting; another 2 hours of time. Initially it looked fine but after a week it dried lumpy. We contacted Royal Restorations for over a week to try and get them to fix it but they have not responded to calls, email or text. Most recently we had a reply of "No" from an unknown number we assume its them due to the area code.
    Royal Restorations literally did a job that turned out bad that was supposed to take two days that they did in half the time. They took the money and ran. Now we have a bad patch that needs to be repatched that we will have to pay out of pocket for since TRAVELERS already paid Royal Restorations for their "service." Insurance is a shady business and this is proof of their "vetting and background" when the quality doesn't match the paid service.
