      We purchased 7 Adirondack chairs and 3 tables from this person. We found him on **** and they recommended we do this transaction through direct payment. We paid $1373.20 for this and all the chairs are now falling apart. I told ***** and sent him pictures 2 months back and he said he will stop by to replace some of the parts. Most of the chairs are cracking up, nails popping our and splinters showing up. Clearly this person has used to lowest quality of wood, made me do this deal outside of **** and duped me with interior products.

      Hello - 

      Thank you for the information and providing photos, we apologize for this inconvenience.

      My company, Primed Design & Concepts has made all its outdoor furniture with pressure treated lumber to ensure longevity. When customers first receive their order, the wood is wet - pumped full of chemicals and very heavy. Over the next 6 months, customers are asked to let their furniture dry before treating with paint or stain. During its drying phase when the sun hits the wet wood, it can move slightly or bend. It’s something we prep for with extra screws and nails but our furniture does require some attention in the beginning; if after 6 months you decide to not apply paint or stain, that’s fine - it’ll look like a standard pressure treated fence or deck. Have you treated them at all? A nice stain or paint will make them shine.

      The customer got 7 chairs and 3 side tables. The photos attached are from 1 table and arm of 1 chair. I am willing to reimburse you for the the materials amount of what’s damaged.

      Hi again - one more thing I forgot the add. On ****, the customers address is providing so I can ship the chairs. I noticed that this customer was located close to where I lived so I asked them if I could deliver them vs shipping to save cost. They said yes so I delivered them. This in not a scheme or us trying to rip them off - simply a small business started during the pandemic.

      I'm sorry, I did not receive a notification on the business response, my sincerest apologies. Could we please open the case so I can respond to the business owner. 

      They weren't even reply to any of my SMS messages hence the BBB escalation.
