    Do not use this company!!! They have been a nightmare to deal with!! Most of the workers are not friendly and rude!! They were supposed to install a new furnace. They have been to my house five different days in a span of two weeks and still can't get the system running. I overheard the technician talking to his office, and he advised that he didn't have the training on the system. After bringing in a new technician, they were still unable to get it running and advised that the problem was with thermostat wiring. So we had an electrician come out and install a new wire. Now the new unit will not come on. It is 32 degrees outside. I contacted Evercool, who refused to send someone out to assess the problem and finish the installation. They advised it would be a week before a technician could be sent. This is unsatisfactory!! Cheaper is not better!! We have been dealing with this for two weeks.
