      Somehow this agency sent a label for mailing that was SO off it was almost comical./ they had mixed teo persons documents and addresses .. that is NOT helpful when this is all stressful not to mention expensive in the first place.. thankfully .. hopefully it was corrected

      Hi *******,Kindly allow me to address your concern. To assure you, we did not mix different clients' addresses/documents. When an address is entered in the ***** system, it autogenerates the city when the zip code is entered. If you take another look at the initial label provided to you, it is addressed to you, with your name, your street name, and your zip code - only the city name is incorrect as that is what ***** autogenerated. As soon we were notified of this error on the part of *****, we immediately corrected it by removing the autogeneration and manually entering the city name.This is exactly why we email the label ahead of time to all our clients, so they can verify everything is correct. I'm happy to see this process worked exactly as it should for your label!Thank you for your business!

      Be careful of having US Authentication translate your documents. I paid to have my Federal Background Check translated for Ecuador. Not only did they fail to properly translate the document, but they also didn't translate the apostille letter which is a requirement for Ecuador. Because of this failure on their end, I had to get my documents translated twice. This has been a major unnecessary expense. They could have told me that they can't do it instead of saying they can do it and failing at their job. I am now seeking a refund in full which they most likely won't give me even though this was an unprecedented issue. They provide the option to translate the documents for Ecuador and Ecuador doesn't accept them. This is your warning before you use US Authentication for the translation of your very important documents. Save your time and your money. Find a translator that works with the embassy or consulate instead of paying companies that are thirsty for your money and fail at their job.

      Upon being contacted by the client that the translation was not accepted, we reached out to them to obtain additional information and details on why the client ran into issues. We got a response from the client that he required a translation on the Apostille process carried out on the translation itself. This was not part of the scope of work that was agreed between the client and our firm. We had already obtained an apostille on the client’s document and then had it translated by a certified translation agency. The client reached out to us for an additional apostille certification of the translation, which was carried out by our firm after seeking approval from the client. We communicated to the client that he had approved the apostille to be carried out on the translation and authorized us to bill him for our services. The client was kept fully aware of the process to be carried out prior to any work being carried out. The client then wrote back to us: “I never received the proper documents that were required. That is the issue. They were incomplete. I'm not sure who is at fault but the documents weren't accepted. The apostille wasn't translated either” We have contacted the client repeatedly and asked them to provide additional information on why the translation which was carried out by a certified translation agency was not accepted. The client did not contact us or for any modifications or notification prior to this that the translation was not accepted. We have carried out translations for Ecuador on a long-term basis and never had an issue with a translation not being accepted. We responded to the client and reached out to them repeatedly during the course of last 7 days and have been unable to reach them to obtain further details for the documents not being accepted. This is required so we can get justification from the client about the translation not being accepted. Additionally, we have also offered a courtesy refund accordingly, which can be discussed upon getting additional details from the client.

      Wow, it was a pleasure to work with US Authentication Services. Very professional, very fast, and went that extra mile to have an issue resolved. (Not related to US authentication Services) I recommend anyone looking for the services they provide to do so, you won't be disappointed.
