      I had spinal surgery 3X. I was evaluated at the PT/rehab center in *****/Mount Vernon in late Feb/Early March 2022 for a motorized wheelchair to be insured through ******* (I am retired military). I was instructed to inform the company as soon as I move into a new apartment to begin the process of getting it approved by ******* Insurance and delivered. I was at a Nursing facility for 1 month (March-April) before finding a new apartment. This company claimed they couldn't do anything while I was still in rehab for some reason. I moved to my new apt late April 2022 in Silver Spring, MD. I called them in early May with no response. I left messages/voicemail with my name and account number. No one replied. By Jun and July I was emailing their "CONTACT US" page. I kept receiving emails saying it was being fwd to my manager/Rep handling my account. No one ever called or emailed me for any of those follow ups. I ensured the emails had my new tele# and the correct address, account number etc. I no longer get ANY replies as of Dec 2022. The website tracker says in AUG, my paperwork was supposed to go to the insurance & it was supposed to be completed by early Oct. It's now Dec and nothing has changed. I have no motorized chair and have to pay out of pocket now from another source. I can't wait until winter gets bad.
