      To Whom It May Concern:

      ****, Inc. provides wireless and software communications to the healthcare industry.   The wireless service we provide is paging.  We do not make cold calls to individuals.  The issue with this complaint may involve spoofing by fraudulently using one of our pager numbers.  We do not make cold call to non-customers.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions or information that should be reviewed.
