    I did not receive my order that I placed and was charged for on October 15. The website said 4-6 weeks to receive. On December 29th I reached out as the order still had not been sent out. I did not receive a response. The owner of the company lists his cell phone as well so I reached out via iMessage (which was delivered) again 2 days ago and again there was no response. Zero communication. When I check the order online it still does not say sent.

    I ordered a facsimile from ******. I never received it, got a notice from ***** saying the parcel is in ******, but it never came to my door and apparently it was returned to the sender in the US. I've been trying for a year to communicate with AP manuscripts but I am getting nowhere. It cost me 300.

    I will edit this review if I ever receive communication back from the company but at this point I would agree with some of the other complaints to just be careful? I rarely leave a bad review but after taking my payment it has been 12 weeks now and they said it would be 46 weeks. But Im actually OK with that. I even reached out to them saying I would pay more money and I will wait longer if I need to just give me some kind of update and I reached out with multiple emails, phone calls, which I had to leave a message and was not returned, and I found their ******** page and message them there as well. Nothing?I recently got BBB involved just to try and get some type of answer and so far they have not gotten anything either? ?????I dont know if they realize this but I was just doing a test run which was just over $100 but I had plans on spending much more because I have a small replica base museum but I always do a dry run with smaller companies before I put too much money into them so I would suggest if you are OK possibly losing $100 or so go for it because it looks like they really do good work but I would be extremely cautious spending very much money with the company as it appears they have been noted for just never sending you anything or communication in some of the other reviews as well? (And I would definitely suggest at least filing a first level complaint with BBB if you dont hear anything back).If I didnt like the product or anything, I would never file a complaint or if they took a long time I wouldnt file a complaint; its only when they take your money, you never hear back from them and you dont get the product. Anyway, food for thought I will revise the review if they end up making it right which I think is fair.Thank you!

    I purchased two facsimiles/books (Book of Kells and Lindisfarne Gospels) and am very pleased with the results. Both texts arrived well within the projected 4-6 weeks for preparation and shipping; the books were packed well and protected in the shipping box. Both texts are perfect for use in displays or as aids in discussions. As I said, I am extremely pleased with my purchases and the cost (both for the items and for shipping). I never had any issues with contacting the sellers and their responses were always prompt and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience with them.

    It takes a while to get a book but the high quality of the books makes it worth the wait. I use these books as props for films. The books are expensive but the books are worth it. They make nice gifts, they look amazing, they feel authentic and look like antiques and they are built to last a very very long time.

    The facsimile copy of the 1300 Old Testament bible was made very well and worth waiting for. The bible was like having the real one in my home, and I feel that it will bless me and my family. Thank you for great work. February 6th, 2023

    Purchased a book on 8/8/2022. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to fill. Emailed and called multiple times about my order without any response from anyone at the company. I finally was able to reach someone through ******** messenger. They refunded my money on Nov 22, 2022 almost 4 months from the purchase date. I was not happy about the lack of communication from this company. I still don't know if my book was lost in transit, or if they just never filled the order.
