5 starsAbsolutely outstanding!!! I wholeheartedly recommend Drymaster Solutions to anyone. From the moment ******* arrived, it was clear I was in expert hands. ******* is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind.I had a major upholstery issuemy dog had urinated on my couch over a year ago, and despite my best efforts, the stain and odor never fully went away. I had honestly given up and was pricing out new couches. But ******* was able to complete remove the stain and smell. I still can't believe it! He also guaranteed his work - and will come again if the smell returns.******* was punctual, extremely thorough, and went above and beyond. Not only did he restore my couch, but he also used some extra solution to clean my rug as a bonusfree of charge! ******* clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. He is also a Veteran, and it's clear that his discipline, integrity, and attention to detail reflect that background. I was so impressed by his level of service and commitment.If you're looking for someone who does exceptional work, treats your home with care, and is just a fantastic human being all around, call *******. 5 starsDrymaster Solutions was excellent. The owner even called the manufacturer to check how to care for the fabrics before steam cleaning my living room sets. 5 stars******* is very personable and professional..His knowledge is impressive, and he shares ways to help your carpets last... 1 room has carpet over 10 yrs old, and ******* was careful and mindful.... got it LOOKING AS NEW AS THE 6 YR OLD CARPET!!!!SMELLS GREAT, He gave us clear instructions, and DIDNT RUSH.Pretreats need time to work, and he gives it what it needs to work!I've had carpets cleaned for over half a decade, never one as thorough or good......Million dollar job for waay less!!DEFINITELY NEVER USING ANYONE ELSE...******* IS a MASTER who knows his craft , and shares his knowledge freely, not with attitude, but with passion. 5 starsHe came over and cleaned 4 29inch barstools, 6 eat in kitchen chairs, 6 dining room chairs and a bench, and L shaped sectional with ottoman and swivel love chair. The dining room had various spots and I was very pleased that he could bring them back to life by making them look as they did when originally purchased. The barstools were the kids eating chairs and disgustingly filthy. I was very surprised he was able to clean them as I had given up on them. Living room sectional and dining room chairs were in very decent condition however they needed to be cleaned. He was very professional, informative, and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with him again. I love how he contacted me to confirm the appointment as 24 hours prior to as things can change and I love how flexible he was in rescheduling.Review fromDonnell J
