    Homeworx Services *** recorded services they performed as a home inspector but through evidence did not perform those services. We hired them to perform a complete home inspection. They stated during their inspection that the washer and dryer, as well as the A/C unit were in good working order following inspection. The air filter at the air handler was black from dust The outside unit was covered in so much dust and debris it was packed to the sides. The washer is a front load and the gasket and inside of the washer were covered in mold. The dryer continues to show a code 95 which means the airflow is blocked. So far we have had to replace the washing machine gasket, plus after several attempts to clear the lint from multiple locations it is still showing blocked. We also had to have an A/C repairman out to fully service the unit

    I have replied to client's original email that was sent about a week ago. At that time I asked for his contact number which he provided. I also asked for some time to respond to his issue as my father passed away. The funeral was yesterday on 5/22. I will call him today and refund him his fee.
