    I went in to get a refund because the sales representative did not put the return shipping label. I went back to get the refund. The representative in question was not there but the owner was. When I asked her about getting the refund she started yelling at me and said that she wanted to check the video. I waited for her to get view the security video. After she (the owner) did she came back and claimed that she couldnt find the segment of video. From there she said I would get my money back. Then out of nowhere she started cussing and screaming at me saying that I would not get it back after all. I even tried to show her where I had to pay for another shipping label (to get my husbands UK ***** at the consulate in ********. She continually kept screaming and cussing at me.
