  Cinch warranty sent a technician from C&P plumbing, my basement flooded and an inspector advised us that we had build up from water leaks around the joints of the water heater. The technician absolutely did nothing. He claimed the water was not leaking. He did not service the water heater and provided no options. I know the water heater needed to be replaced and contributed to the flood and should have been serviced. The only thing I can think for not servicing was removing the water up the stairs which is laziness. I paid for a warranty but now I paid out of pocket for this companies knowledge of plumbing. I do not recommend this company on warranty repairs especially when hard work is warranted.

  My encounter with C & P Plumbing, **** assigned by my home warranty company to address a water heater leakage, was deeply dissatisfactory. The technician prioritized collecting the $75 service fee rather than offering a professional introduction.What was particularly alarming was that he walked into the house without any tools that would aid him in diagnosing the problem, signaling an immediate lack of readiness. His swift declaration that the boiler needed replacement seemed precipitous and baseless, lacking any thorough investigation or effort to pinpoint the specific issue. It's perplexing how he diagnosed it as a boiler problem without any substantial probe into the matter.Things took a turn for the worse when he emptied the leaked water into a container, but outright refused to clean up. His **** response to my request for him to bring tools to drain the water was, "it's not his job". This incident, in my view, epitomizes negligence and a lack of professionalism. His sudden exit left me dealing with frustration and inconvenience.My disappointment with C & P Plumbing, ************* quality is immense, and I wouldn't wish such an unpleasant experience on anyone else. If C & P Plumbing, *** is assigned to address your water-related issue, I strongly advise thinking twice about their service.Adding to the shock of this entire ordeal, it was actually me, with no plumbing expertise, who indicated where the leak originated. Only then did the technician bring his tools and attempt to rectify the issue.It's baffling that I, as a homeowner, had to direct a supposed professional to the issue. This further underscores the technician's lack of initiative and professional acumen. In my judgement, this level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on C & P Plumbing, *** overall reliability.
