    9/30/2024 original date of work 10/19/2024 Hi ********************, I wanted to follow up on the work you started at my place. To recap, you initially visited on Monday, 9/30, and we agreed you'd return the following week with no followup and on 10/10, but you didn't show. You then came on 10/11 and said you'd return on 10/14, but didn't respond to my follow-up message on that ******* a reminder, the broken aerator from your previous visit still needs to be ***laced, and I've also attached a photo of the second sink aerator that needs attention.Can you please confirm you'll return on Monday, October 21, 2024, to complete both tasks? I'd appreciate it if you could provide a definitive confirmation this time.Looking forward to hearing back from you I contacted Mr. ********************** via text on October ***************** the morning and late afternoon he responded. I can be there in the **** The morning went by and I text Mr. ********************** again and ask him what time he would be at our home and he said mid afternoon I let him know that I had already contacted. **** shared photos of the faucet with them and they let me know that the faucet would need to be ***laced because the threading inside of the faucet had been pulled out with the aerator. mr. ********************** showed up shortly after he received the text message and did not acknowledge it. He spent about an hour and five minutes in that bathroom trying to force an aerator into the faucet to stay and it would not work so he came downstairs and let me know that he was going to contact his **** *** from the shop and get back to me. 10/30/2024 Good morning Mr. ******************** **********************,
