    Kevin Huffer Construction sold a house to ****** and ******* ******** without it having the proper drainage system. On July 15th 2022 we had *** ********** to send KEVIN HUFFER CONSTRUCTION pictures of the water damage, MOISTIRE LEVEL AND THE MOLD THAT HAS BEGAIN TO FORM in crawl space under the house. *** ********** SENT THEIR PROFESSIONAL RECCOMENDATIONS TO KEVIN HUFFER CONSTRUCTION ON HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEMS. WE ALSO CALLED ******** ******** TO CHECK OUT CRAWL SPACE AND THEY SUGGESTED WAS ANOTHER SUMP PUMP, USE A ENCAPSULATION WHICH HAS A SEAL OF PASTIC THAT COVERS 100% of the ground and a is bacteria resistance, which helps prevent mold and mildew problems.. All this information was sent to KEVIN HUFFER CONSTRUCTION ABOUT THE HIGH MOISTURE LEVEL WE ARE STILL GETTING IN CRAWL SPACE UNDER OUR HOME AND HE CONTINUES TO IGNORE OUR CONCERNS. ******** ********/ AND *** ********** STRONGLY SUGGEST A DEHUMIDIFIER IS A MUST TO HELP ELEMINATE THE AMOUNT OF MOISTURE AND WATER IN CRAWL SPACE UNDER THE HOUSE. ON NOVEMBER 16,2022 WE HAD *** ********** TO COME BACK AGAIN TO CHECK MOISTURE LEVEL UNDER THE HOUSE, I ALSO HAD ******** ******** TO COME CHECK, GOT A SECOND OPINION. IT WAS A HOT DAY NO RAIN THE READING WAS 64.7. VERY HIGH FOR A WARM DAY AND HE SHOWED THE PICTURES OF THE MOLD FUGUS STARTING TO GROW. I STILL HAVE THE PICTURES AND I ALSO SENT THEM TO KEVIN HUFFER. HE SENT A TEXT SAYING HE WILL BE RESEARCHING An ADEQUATE DEHUMIDIFER. HE SAID HE WOULD TRY ***** TO SEE WHAT THEY HAVE, WE TOLD HIM IT SHOULD BE ONE ADEQUATE AND SUFFICIENT FOR OUR HOME, WE SUGGESTED **** *** ****** DEHUMIDIFER. ITS MORE ENERGY EFFICIENT DONT RUN ENERGY BILL UP AND WORKS WELL IN FREEZING TEMPERATURES. KEVIN REPLY WAS I WILL LOOK INTO IT, IT WONT BE A CADILLAC OF THE DEHUMIDIFIER. KEVIN HUFFER FROM THIS POINT HAS WENT GHOST AND WE HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM HIM SINCE NOVEMBER 19TH,2022.
