    This business destroys property belonging to me and refuses to pay for the damages done to my vehicle, these damages are in the amount of $1800 and $289. The owner keeps ignoring me and my landlord supposedly spoke with him and he was supposed to contact me and has yet to do so and this incident happened on July 8, 2023.

    This is false information,  the man complained about grass clippings on his car and I offered him a free car wash and he refused. He has not reached back out to me since.

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business owner and I have been exchanging texts back and forth, he wants me to file a claim with my vehicle insurance company, which I’m not doing, advised by *** ***** and the ******** ****** **********, The owner of the company refuses to release his insurance information to me, which is very unprofessional while owning a business, if something was to happen in a situation like this with my LLC I’d gladly and freely pass along my insurance information. In a text, I was told that i would also be informed when they come to this property to mow, I would be notified, yesterday evening, they came to mow and I wasn’t notified, like he states. Also I have a video, that shows the same guy with the leaf blower, blowing towards cars, in the parking lot, while he was doing so, he was staring at my vehicle not paying any attention to where the grass, tiny rocks, and whatever else was on the pavement could have struck another vehicle. This property isn’t maintained well at all. So anything could be on the pavement.

    ****** has to file a claim on his end in order to start the process. Nothing of this matter was reported to the police or a ticket being issued.. he has no proof that we did any damage to his car. We take care of 40 apartment complex and out of them he is the only one complaining that we did something in several years of us taking care of them all!  File a claim like you're supposed to do and see who is right and wrong. You can't say someone did something without true evidence.  By the way your property manager has been investigating everything and has talked to your "witness" I would be careful while you are ahead before you get into real trouble on making potential false claims and witnesses to your assumptions.
