    I have been renting from this company for over a year now and every month it is something. When I first moved in, I was informed that I did not need to pick up any keys from the office because it was just a lock with a code that I will be provided. After renting a ***** and driving over an hour to unload my belongings, I found out that my unit was locked and that I needed a key because it was an inside unit. The company offered to pay for my extra day needed for the ***** but I still had to pay for all the extra mileage. Since then, I have had multiple issues with my payment being taken out of my bank account (autopay has been set up since I opened my account with them) and would be charged a late fee. I have had to call almost every month to rectify this issue. Then two months ago I switch bank accounts and updated my information on their bill pay website. I called the office to make sure I did not need to set up a new autopay and the employee told me I did not. The next month came and I was charged a late fee and was told it could not be refunded, even though it was their fault. Now this month, I received an email stating that they successfully withdrew my payment but then today (3/7/24) I receive a text from their automated system stating that my account was delinquent and that I have a late fee added to my account, once again. I am thoroughly upset with this company and how they handle their business. I will be moving my belongings out and cancelling my services with them as soon as possible.
