    If I could give this company zero stars I would. The service providers are decent, but the administration is absolutely terrible. This office does not know what the word communication means. Emails/phone calls would never be answered from anyone at the office because the were “never received”. Parents do not get any notice when they are about to lose staff or services in general. This company is motivated by money instead of client needs and it’s absolutely disgusting. Fellow parents, I know you are desperate for services and I hope you read this review as a warning to find another company. A lot of ethical concerns in regards to clients and treatment of staff.
