    I have messaged the company no less than 6 times to get the $4000 worth of damage fixed on my piano that was moved in May. I made them write on the receipt that it would be fixed before I paid the final amount on 5/10/23, because I have had issues like this before. Initially when I emailed in May after the move, they said I needed to get a quote and they would pay the damages when I provided that quote. When I finally got that quote and sent it they did not respond until the 3rd email when I said I was going to message the BBB. They asked again for the estimate to fix the piano because they couldn't find the original information (which was in the email that they responded to). I have emailed AGAIN 3 more times with no response at all. They damaged doors in the home we left, scratch the floors in my current home and the poor 1920's piano which was in pristine condition is now scratched, pieces missing and keys damaged. They did not wrap the furniture, they dragged it on the ground and across concrete walls and flipped it upside down many times. The move was scheduled on 5/8 with a company that seemed to just be a booking company : *** MOVERS *** ********************************** ST PETERSBURG FL******** Phone: ************** DOT #: ******* MC #: ******* *********** that actually came and moved the items was: Shields Movers And Staffers,LLC *** ** ******* **. Winchester,Va ************** ************ I have all emails, pictures and videos documenting everything included above and would like to get my piano fixed and I am hapy to send more information as needed.
