    FRUSTRATED.Extremely bad service. AOTAX filed incorrect tax return and overpaid state taxes in THOUSANDS. They are supposed to file tax extension, instead they file Tax Return. No ph calls returns. no email correspondence either. email to owner, but no response. They have standard greetings which will keep you on holds for 40+ mins. This is during the time of tax filing and after the tax period ends. So it's a bogus greeting.Further they have ***** number which only take incoming calls but has no help on tax service correction. When there is an issue, such as incorrect tax filing, this people simply hang up the phone without any help, that too after waiting for 40+ mins.
