My hubby and I were told to trust this place from our reliable mechanic. Sadly this place had my car for 3 weeks and the owner had the nerve to call us today and say, 'I am tired of working on your car, come and get it.' When told I was not happy with his service and would post on yelp he said, 'I don't give a sh**, no one will trust it and will just chalk it up as a disgruntled customer!'
SO ALLL BEWARE THEY MIGHT JUST GET TIRED AND LEAVE YOUR CAR NOT DONE!!! YES we had called and scheduled the work, yes we called asking how the progress was going, and was told today I don't want to work on your car anymore.

Mrs. M****** - we did not interact with you and your husband used words that were not said - we have never indicated we were tired and did not want to work on your vehicle. Your husband created a few false allegations - and as a result, we chose not to work on your vehicle - it would have been a very long and costly repair, even your "regular" mechanic refused to work on the vehicle, indicating the owner of Great Falls Auto Service is a master technician for Mercedes Benz - the owner recommended you work with the dealer on this particular issue. We have an A+ rating with BBB and feel your anger is unjustified.
