    I sent an email quote request to Tart Lumber for 36 ***** 3.5 X 3.5 RADIUS, US1D Ball-Bearing door hinges and 12 interior door slabs with specified dimensions. I used the recommended **** catalog for referencing the materials (*********************************************). After receiving 2 separate quotes, one for the hinges and one for the interior doors, I placed the 2 orders over the phone.I decided to cancel 3 of the doors (the ones with tempered glass) and contacted Tart the next day. I was informed that my cancelation request was approved. My order was updated to reflect 9 interior doors with my specified sizes.I was informed that my hinges arrived and they were the wrong finish and not what I ordered. I was told that there would be a delay in re-ordering the correct ***** ball bearing hinges in black color and they would do their best to get them to me soonest.The hinges eventually arrived to me in an ****** ***** box and were made by ***** *******com and not the ***** hinges that I ordered; a bait and switch. I called to complain and Tart lumber has refused to refund me and they will not pickup the hinges. The hinges received are 1/5 the cost of the ones that I ordered and inferior quality.Due to the delays with hinges, my construction crew had to be rescheduled to install the doors. When they came to install the doors, my crew measured the 9 interior doors and told me the doors are 1/4 to 1/2 inch too short on the width and won't fit in my frames. Tart lumber sent doors that are not per the specifications in my order. When I called to discuss with ***** and his manager ****, they refused to take responsibility and told me that I'm forced to keep the doors as it is not their problem.I'm requesting a full refund in the amount of: $2,320.21 for the incorrect hinges and incorrect sized doors. This company should be investigated for poor business practices and supplying inferior products to customers and using bait and switch tactics.
