      Terrible service. I booked them in advance for a October 2023 wedding. It was a disaster all weekend. I paid extra for the nice party bus and did not get a bus anything like the pictures. On Friday they were 20 minutes late and stopped at two stations for fuel. We were an hour late for the rehearsal dinner and the venue could not extend our time. Then the bus was stranded on the side of the road until the driver got it started. It only got worse. I booked two buses for the wedding on Saturday and only one showed up. We had to get guests to drive and take other guests. The wedding started late waiting for the guests to arrive. Also, it was an unusually warm day in October and the a/c was barely working so those on the bus arrived sweaty. The same happened at the end of the reception and most guests didn’t want to ride the buses anymore.
      I spoke with 3 people at CFH and they just made excuses about being busy and contracting my reservation out to other companies. They have horrible customer service. Just don’t use this company. I was fooled by their ‘testimonials’ and some ‘good’ reviews.
