      I had a procedure booked with this clinic for months. Because of my demanding work schedule, it took me over a month to secure sick leave. Wanting to be sure everything was set, I called twice once on Wednesday and again on Friday and both times the receptionist assured me it was confirmed and that the doctor was aware.Then, late Friday, I got a voicemail and text saying they were canceling because I supposedly missed a cleaning back in February. Thats simply not true. I had a cleaning on April 2, and during that visit, my hygienist and I even scheduled the next one for early August all with the procedure in mind.Lets be real they gave my spot to someone else and tried to cover it with a made-up reason. And if they genuinely had an issue, why wait two months to say anything?What followed was stress, pain, and a scramble to find another provider at the last minute all avoidable. Not a single apology, no effort to make it right, just silence. Patients deserve better. Peoples time and health should matter more than this.

      Very professional and awesome Dr Fadi Hassan and his team. I have severe dental fear r. Got a bone grafting and sinus lift done and it was done great
