I also left a tip. However, after scheduling everything, the technician changed her mind and began charging for mini fills.She initially told me the mini fills were free, but after I booked, she started charging $30. When I questioned this, she said she would honor $15 for the first mini fill but would revert to regular pricing afterward. Despite this, she did not keep her word. When I texted her later on to confirm the discounted mini fill, she stated the offer was voided and that the posted website price would apply.Additionally, a whole corner of my lashes fell off within two days, which is not normal fallout. I sent her pictures, and she stated that she would charge $15 for the fix, even though it should have been free since any beauty service would typically correct a technician's error at no cost. She advised me to notify her earlier next time if there was abnormal lash fallout. I booked an appointment to fix it and confirmed via email. However, when I texted her that I was on my way, she said she was seeing another client and claimed I hadn't booked. I sent her the email confirmation, and she rescheduled me for later. I came in at the new time and paid to have my lashes fixed, but the corner lashes fell off again shortly after.Upon notifying her immediately, she responded with a message stating she would no longer be my lash technician, instead of offering to fix the issue for free as expected. Other lash technicians informed me that this was not normal lash fallout.Her business practices were unprofessional, with changing rules and prices during the booking process. Furthermore, I have doubts about her being professionally licensed or certified as she claims.
