1 starThese other reviews blow my mind... my expierence with this company, their work and communications has been a joke at best. and im still dealing with ***** hvac hasnt worked right (nor anyone in a home in my community that they touched) for more than 4 months since build out.*** is looking at a class action suit at this point.Visit 1-3 denials of issue until replaced unit Visit 4 replaced unit (again)Visit 5-6 loose fan Visit 7 replaced unit newer model (again)2025 update!:Vist 8 heat broken took 6 months to replace (again)Visit 9 leaking 2 weeks later, turns out they mounted it on the wall wrong, gonna need a visit 10 with a second guy and tools Visit 10.... just kidding the guy on friday and his manager apparently never made the "first thing monday" appointment cant wait of the left hand to talk to the right and and Visit 10 for realReview fromRobin K

5 starsFalcon AC/ Heating company has been great! I continue to utilize the company since they are the ones who installed the original unit. From scheduling a second vice to being serviced by the professional technicians, it has been a positive experience. Today, *************** ***** came by to address the non-working AC unit. Falcon originally installed the system when the house was built and they've kept it running and reliable over the past 10+ years. They do just what needs to be done and I trust their judgement. ***** is was able to diagnose the water hammer problem with my plumbing system and am I forever grateful. This problem could have easily ruined my entire system. It is extremely important for a company to have the best trades people out there. Talking with ***** about the plumbing problem was very informative.
